And with this, the academic year has officially come to an end! ;D Goodbye Chinese O's, I don't think I've really liked you, and - hello, new life!

Anyway, the really long hiatus meant that I couldn't update much about what I should've updated, but these are the things that deserve a special mention:

1. MAOU <3 Seriously, it's been a long time since any drama/manga/anime/storybook/novel/short story/whatever form of narrative has captivated me like this! Maou is splendid, breath-taking, and just way intense. The way the story unfolds and the character interactions/relationships/everything are just awesome. It's so clever!

And of course, heart-breaking and tear-jerking when you get to the end. Maou left a really deep void in my heart D; I know I want a sequel/alternate universe/any remnant related to the drama just to keep this unhappy fangirl satisfied, but oh well, the story is good as it is, and seriously how else could it have ended if not like this?

That was the only way the both of them could solve everything, and break that chain of hatred, or even complete that chain of hatred, that had bounded the both of them since the incident.

2. Farewell!
Farewell 09 was a nice change from the previous Farewells we've had, mainly because I suppose we were the main characters this time after all, and no longer sat at the side as supporting characters to cheer on/supplement the programme/etc.

Must abstain, must abstain, must abstain /(ToT)\ I NEED TO ABSTAIN OHMYGOD, BUT THE DESIRE IS SO STRONG...

to just sit in front of the computer and indulge in Shaman King fanfics/manga/anime D: I could do that for more than 12 hours straight, y'know. I've tried it last time (and will probably try again).

ONE OF MY LONGEST FANDOMS EVER, ever since I watched the anime in (yes, it's that long ago) p4/p5! I've watched other anime/read other manga at an even younger age, but my fandoms usually considerably fade away after some time (despite the occasional fangirling).

But for SK, everytime it comes back, it comes back with a BLAST and BANG O__o Ohmy. Darn D< I'm so addicted.

School starts tomorrow! Oh well. Bleh.

Darn. WEP is eating my life away, and so is Alice Nine.

Anyway, really hope that The Mighty Government will decide to extend June hols for another week - apparently due to the H1N1 situation, they are considering this.

May it come true.

argh cannot fangirl must not fangirl cannot fangirl must not fangirl cannot fangirl must not fangirl cannot fangirl must not fangirl

LOL, while typing the above, I did plenty of fangirling in between >< AH, NEWS and Nishikido Ryo~ Of course, plus my latest obsession, KOYAMA KEIICHIRO (:

anyway, lots of stuff happened ever since the last time i blogged - DISTANT WORLDS, Open House, and loads more.

DISTANT WORLDS: Music from Final Fantasy was the BOMB. It was a really well-spent 42 bucks; we had 3 hours of heavenly music, 3 hours to ourselves, music, memories and nothing else, 3 hours of tearing (for a good reason, at least), 3 hours of being awed by the fantastic orchestra that simply carried us away with its skills and chemistry (except for that guy who played the guitar during Vamo'alla Flamenco; could hear his off-tunes at times, but well, good effort at least). Of course, the main bulk of the 42 bucks went to the 3 hours that I don't think we'll forget anytime soon.

Nobuo Uematsu is a really humble guy, and I really applaud him for that. Known as the John Williams of gaming music, he really does not put on airs and he's a funny old fogey.

Anyway, Open House was a blast too; very tiring, I was so tired I wanted to cry (haha, and that's why I was too lazy to eat with you Wanjing ;D so tired that I didn't even have the energy to talk), but anyway, everything went well, from Fashion Cluster to Debate to Buckle and all the other booths that I was managing at some point in time.

Am currently having a headache over how I'm going to manage my June hols, especially with SAP. Now, that's killer. I admit that I made a terrible mistake this time; I totally overestimated the amount of time I have (and underestimated how much I would digress/procrastinate).

Damn.

And why must I bother (maybe bother is too strong a word; think would be better) about others' opinion of me (okay, their opinion of me isn't that bad, but it's quite annoying 'cause it's not actually who I am), when they don't even know me well?

As long as you, my dearest friends, know me for who I am (+ the pack of lameness, crappy jokes, and really idiotic things I talk about), that's enough (:

Chances are that I tend to become lamer and much much much less serious in environments that I'm happy with or at ease with, like ahem, SAP + Fashion Cluster + outside stuff with the Bongers. The amount of crap/rubbish I talk during these times is like =.=

Oh dear, it seems like I act and behave differently to different friends. How many sides do I have?
